Hello

Well, Christmas has come and passed. I'm not going to list out everything that I got but I will list somethings that excited me the most.

1. Books (ie. Fade Out and Blood Promise)
2. Sketch book with pencils (I love this. I've been busy doodling and drawing)
3. Eastern Washington University items (I want to attend there for college)
4. A new cell phone (FINALLY! This one has a camera...)
5. Some clothes (socks, shirt, and a hoodie)
6. Beauty Products (ie. body butter, waterproof mascara etc...)
7. Coffee Mugs (I apparently make really good hot chocolate)
8. Some gift cards (for Wal*Mart)

It really was an amazing Christmas for my family and I. I'm glad that I got to spend it with my family, who are truly are some of the best people I've ever met.

Yeah, that includes my little sister, even I don't like her all the time.

I can't wait for school to get here. I'm going to have a really nice big surprise for all of my friends when I get back. It'll be sure to freak them out! I'm hoping that I don't get attacked for my surprise.

Christmas... and books

Well, it's Christmas. My favorite holiday. But I'm not going to talk about what I got, since I haven't opened anything.

I wanted to tell you about some books that I have been reading. Most of them are vampire books but I have a few that aren't.

• Morganville Vampires-Rachel Caine

Claire Danvers moves to Morganville, Texas, at age sixteen for college. She gets harassed by Monica Morell (I think that's how you spell her last name). So she moves into Glass House with Shane Collins, Michael Glass, and Eve Rosser. Along the way she and the other residents of Glass House get into some serious trouble with the vampires that are in town.

Glass Houses, Dead Girl's Dance, Midnight Alley, Feast of Fools, Lord of Misrule, Carpe Corpus, Fade Out, and Kiss of Death (released in April of '10)

• Ella Enchanted-Gail Carson Levine

The classic Cinderella fairytale with a twist. Ella was given a curse by a fairy. The 'gift' of Obedience. Ella has to do everything she's told no matter what. After getting a new step-mother and step-sisters, Ella becomes the scullery maid. Will she get her Cinderella ending and marry Prince Char?

Christmas Miracles...

*This is people who do celebrate or like Christmas. If you don't like/celebrate Christmas, today's post is not for you... I have given fair warning.

So, I fell asleep around 5am, this morning. I was awoken around 10:15am by my sister and mom. According them I had a look that said 'kill' on my face. (Can you blame me? You try getting 5 hours of sleep, then having your pain in the a** sister wake you up by screaming at you!)

So anyway they come in my room saying that this guy, that they didn't know (a complete stranger) came to our house with food and Christmas presents. I look at them like they're crazy (which I think they actually are) then go to our dining room to look. Inside I see a 3 bags full of food.

That's not what surprises me though. What catches me off guard is that there are 2 boxes and a like 5 bags full of presents. I look at one of the bags to see that it's addressed to my dad. That immediately freaked me out. I looked at the other presents and saw that there were some addressed to me, my mom, my dad, and my sister.

It really was a Christmas miracle looking at all of the gifts.

Things that have GONE Wrong...

Hey everyone it's Alex aka Mint101 at testriffic.com I just wanted to let you guys know how I've been. I've had a lot of things that have happened to me lately, I'll write a list...

1. Last Friday, my dad got into a car accident. I just so happened to be with him. It freaked me out pretty badly. My dad was really shaken up that I had to drive part of the way home.
2. Last Friday, was mostly a good day in school. I pretty much did nothing in any of classes.
3. In November I got my first boyfriend. After one week of dating he decides to give me this crap about putting the relationship on hold... Like I'm really gonna take any of that bull. So anyways he's all like I promise we'll still be together and sh** but only to find out that only 5 days after he puts our relationship on hold he goes and gets himself a freaking freshman to go out with... Let us say that I was and still am not happy with him.

Yes, I sill am friends with him but I'm upset that he would do that. I didn't bother to shed tears over this a**hole. He's not worth it...

4. One of my aunt's has decided that she's going to screw my dad over really nicely by asking to borrow money from him. She makes all these promises and c**p that she'll pay him back. Yeah right, when hell freezes over twice...
